My least favorite character would have to be President Snow. The fact that he allows such an awful event as the Hunger Games to occur is an atrocity. The fact that he celebrates it and enjoys it is even worse. Just an all around icky guy.

My favorite character is—surprise, surprise—Katniss Everdeen. She is an excellent role model for little girls to look up to. She fights for good and and justice in Panem and the world. Also, I wish I had the ability to shoot and bow and arrow. If I were in the arena, I would be toast within five minutes. I could read everyone to death, I guess…
Side Note: If you take away the love story from Twilight, you have nothing but some werewolves and vampires fighting each other over…well, nothing. If you take the love story out of The Hunger Games, you have a young man and woman fighting for what they believe in. Such a good message with tons of substance.
